PSRT 1204 CLINICAL PRINCIP IN REHAB

This course introduces students to an understanding of psychopathology and its relation to psychosocial rehabilitation and treatment. Students will be able to define mental illness. The use of common psychotropic drugs and their side effects will also be covered. Current psychiatric practices will be discussed with an emphasis on rehabilitative alternatives for the individual with psychiatric disability. UMDNJ Psychiatric/Rehabilitation course
