PED 1022 T'AI CHI CHIH

Circulate and balance the intrinsic energy, the vital force of the body known as "chi," through the non-martial art of Tai Chi Chih, a moving meditation. Originated by Justin Stone, 20 simple, fluid movements are introduced and practiced. Benefits of regulated blood pressure, weight and stress reduction, greater energy, peak performance.
