Nine credits from among the following: PS 2300 or 2400 or REL 1700, COMM 3530, ECO 2022, nine credits in Global Studies at level 3000 (with faculty advisement) Limitation on Enrollment: 20 Type of course: Required Capstone course for all Global Studies Major. Catalog Description: An in-depth examination and analysis of specific contemporary issue(s) that impact on our interconnected global society, with a focus on independent student research and presentations. Examination of topics and themes such as globalizing equality, ecological degradation, empowerment of women, and sustainable development will vary from semester to semester.
