FIN 4500 SEMINAR IN SELECT TOPICS IN FINANCE
This course is designed to provide an integrative experience as the General Education capstone for Finance majors. Students will examine contemp- orary issues in Finance such as corporate govern- ance and securities regulation in the context of shareholder wealth maximization. Critical analy- sis of significant developments in the field will be examined from the perspective of 1) the share- holder and 2) the corporation. Prerequisites: FIN 3311 revised 03/23/04
