AH 3795 PRE-COLUMBIAN ARTS OF CNTRL AM

One semester survey course designed to acquaint students with the various arts of several Pre- Columbian cultural groups, from Mexico, to Central America, to the Andes in South America. Architec- ture, sculpture, and painting will be placed in religious and social contexts using interdiscip- linary methodologies. Museum fees optional.
