Degree Requirements: The following are the degree requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Prerequisites for admission to the Nursing major are indicated.  Transcripts are evaluated and credit toward the degree is granted for college level courses that are in compliance with Kean University policy for transfer credit. In addition, 30 lower division Nursing credits are transferred upon admission to the University based on an active NJ RN License. There are 4 clinical nursing courses in the upper division curriculum (NURS 3200, NURS 4300, NURS 4400, NURS 4900). Attendance at all clinical sessions is required.
