A course providing students in their second clinical semester of radiography education opportunities to practice and achieve competence in radiograhic examinations of the chest, abdomen, upper, and lower extremities, spine, pelvis, skull, facial bones, sinuses, upper and lower gastrointestinal system, gallbladder and biliary ducts, urinary system, trauma, pediatric, and mobile radiography situations.
IV. Student Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Demonstrate the basic skills of a radiographer through educational opportunities to perform chest, abdomen, upper limb, humerus and shoulder girdle, lower limb, femur and pelvic girdle, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spines, the bony thorax, skull, and facial bones exams in a different hospital or clinic setting.
