PHYS-4000 Quantum Physics

An introduction to modern quantum physics, including the development of matrix methods, the Schrodinger equation, and elementary applications. The last part of the course examines applications of quantum mechanics to atomic, molecular, and solid state systems. Formerly PHY-400.
