PPOL-6300 Leadership in Public Policy

Students will develop effective leadership techniques around the explanation, advocacy, and assessment of policy, including supervision of direct reports, motivation, team-building, group dynamics, communication skills, conflict resolution, effective work relationships, employee development, and diversity.
