NAP 9106 Clinical Residency VI
This course is the final of six in the series, culminating in comprehensive education and training for nurse anesthesiology residents. This course ensures that residents are competent in caring for patients with complex needs across the lifespan. Each course in the series has been tailored to specific surgical categories, addressing unique patient care needs and associated risks. Throughout the program, residents have progressively developed and refined their clinical skills, demonstrating growth in cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains essential for professional nurse anesthetists. Formative and summative evaluations are based on increasingly advanced expectations, ensuring residents meet the highest clinical performance standards. Upon completion, residents will be fully prepared to safely practice the full scope of anesthesia services in any environment where anesthesia care is needed.
