SDD 487 SDD Senior Project
The student will work with a faculty advisor to identify a realistic project related to his or her career goals and course of study. Having agreed upon a timetable for the project’s completion, the student then begins a required, minimum 30-hour flexible workshop where he or she must prepare a clear and comprehensive project plan that includes phases for requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing, with deliverables for each phase. Having agreed upon a software project's definition and timetable, students will design and develop the software project. Periodic consultation with the instructor is mandatory throughout the session. In this manner, students will have completed a professional-level, software design and development project prior to graduation.
