PSYC 139S Brain Waves and Cognition

Provides an overview of the study of brain waves and cognition, also known as human electrophysiology (EEG). Explores how this approach can be used to study major topics in cognitive psychology research. The course prioritizes the development of scientific reasoning and writing skills. Satisfies the seminar requirement. Satisfies the senior comprehensive requirement. Prerequisite(s): PSYC 100. Enrollment is restricted to senior psychology and cognitive science majors.
