PED135 Resistance Training Principles & Techniques

Resistance Exercise Principles and Techniques is an introductory course covering the basic principles, assessment methods, guidelines, techniques and skills needed to participate in and instruct resistance training exercise. Students will gain experience using a wide variety of resistance training modalities and equipment.
