Students attending Clinical/Work-based Learning Courses in Tennessee:

Any person claiming damage or loss as a result of any practice by this institution that may be a violation of the Title 49, Chapter 7,  Part 20 or Rule Chapter 1520-01-02 may file a complaint with the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, Division of Postsecondary State Authorization. Additional accreditations and approvals include:

  • The Associate Degree Nursing and Practical Nurse Program are approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON);
  • The BLET program is approved by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards\Commission;
  • All degree, diploma, and certificate programs are approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs;
  • The Medical Assisting Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of Medical Assisting Education Review Board (MAERB).
