BIO 323 Pathways in STEM: 3rd-Year Seminar
A seminar course for the third year Biology and Biochemistry major. This course will build on the material covered in the first and second year seminar by continuing to expose students to the exciting career possibilities available to them in the fields of Biological and Biochemical Sciences. Students will gain a greater understanding of the power of science to solve real-world problems, explore research opportunities. Students gain a greater understanding of how science is clearly communicated in peer-reviewed primary research articles and will host a journal club for the Biology and Biochemistry students. Students will build their resumes, search for and apply for internships. Minimum course grade of C-. Prerequisite: BIO 223SL. (1)
