MGS 3055 DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE

The course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to help navigate diverse workplace settings effectively and improve their ability to work within and lead diverse teams and organizations. Students develop critical thinking on topics such as embracing different backgrounds and perspectives while understanding how biases affect decision-making. This course will focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the global context and human resources’ role in creating an inclusive organization. Class sessions are experiential, case and discussion-based.
