Continuation of the physics sequence. Equilibrium and elasticity, gravity, fluid mechanics, oscillations and wave motion, thermodynamics and geometric optics. PHYS*2197 is a calculus-based introduction to the fundamentals of classical physics. (3 hr. lec./1 hr. rec./3 hr. lab.)
