CJ 3605 SUPERVISION IN LAW ENFORCEMENT

This course will examine the role of leadership and supervision in American police/corrections organizations in the twenty-first century. Supervisory skills, problem-solving, training, discipline, and personnel matters will be core areas of analysis.
