CJ 3710 CYBER POLICY
This course will serve as an exploration of the role of government in securing cyberspace. The emphasis of this course is to interpret and analyze cyber policy and encourage government based cybersecurity awareness. The course will examine computer crimes through policies and procedures carried out by law enforcement investigators and prosecutors. Topics for this course will include federal, state, and local statues related to cybersecurity, such as cyber law and legal regulations associated with intellectual properties and cyber privacy.
