PAS 5230 HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY AND CLINICAL SKILLS
This course provides the student with a practical approach to identifying, selecting and using technology when providing and managing patient care. Students learn to select, order and interpret laboratory tests and procedures for the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of the patient disease processes. Students practice the skills necessary to perform clinical procedures common to physician assistant practice. Small group activities and laboratory sessions provide students practical experience with decision making and performing clinical procedures and testing modalities.

PAS*5200 and Successful completion of the first semester of the PA Program
