MKT 3451 CONSUMER BEHAVIOR

The consumer decision making process is examined form the marketing perspective to understand the basic stages used by consumers. This includes the analysis of purchase activities as well as the activities used by marketers to influence consumers. Topics include consumer motivation, perception, as well as external influences on consumer behavior such as culture, advertising, social and situational influences.
