ARCH 1601 THEORY - ELEMENTS AND PRINCIPLES OF ARCHITECTURE I: AN INTRODUCTION TO UNDERSTANDING ARCHITECTURE

Formal principles and analysis of formal relationships are investigated in depth. How building objects are composed, and their relationships to each other, are key elements in composing the built environment. Strategies for meaningful formal arrangements of the structures and places aroung us developed in detail and applied to studio projects. ENROLLMENT: 24
