PA 5980 MASTER IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION TRAVEL LEARN

This course provides students with a real life, hands-on experience and training on national and/or global public and non-profit management issues, problems, and opportunities. These objectives are achieved through studying the relevant management issues and situations of a specific national or international region/country; second a travel-learn trip of up to two weeks to that region/country. The trip includes relevant lectures, visits to local governmental and non-profit organizations and appropriate cultural activities. Course may be repeated one time. PREREQUISITE: Completion of 18 credits in The MPA program and/or permission from the instructor.
