PA 5963 GRADUATE INTERNSHIP IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
This course offers students the opportunity to work in an organization, public or non-profit (or for-profit), in the US or abroad. The course provides students with a first-hand, managerial/supervisory work experience. Graduate interns work under supervision on projects or an assignment that have strong managerial components. The students must complete 150 hours of work in the assigned organization. All students enrolled in the class will meet as a group (in person or online) a minimum of three times per semester. Prerequisite: Completion of 18 credits in the MPA program and permission from the instructor.
