BLAW 3052 BUSINESS LAW II

The basic legal principles that apply to the areas of government regulation of business, the Uniform commercial Code including negotiable instruments, sales, secured transactions and documents of title. consideration will be given to relevant statutes, uniform laws and adjudicated cases which give the student grasp of the implications, legal risks and results of these common business relationships and transactions.
