MGS 4090 CAREER MANAGEMENT
An investigation, employing multi-disciplinary perspectives, of career management as a systematic process and as a series of techniques. Topics will include: labor market dynamics and trends; career options, stages, paths and strategies; planning, pursuing, advancing and changing careers; organizational hiring, promotion and termination practices; employment search procedures and skills.
