MATH 3760 BIG DATA STATISTICAL ANALYSIS I

Big Data descriptive statistics, correlations in non-homogenous groups, nonlinear relations between variables, missing data, biases, t-test, post hoc procedures, discriminant function analysis, statistics in cross-tabulation tables, breakdowns, stub and banner tables, 2x2 table, multi-way tables, and control variables, multiple responses and dichotomies. ANOVA/MANOVA statistical analysis for repeated measures, nested designs, analysis of covariance, post hoc procedures, multivariate designs, between groups design, repeated measures design, assumptions and effects of violating assumptions.
