ID 3315 ETHICS AND PUBLIC POLICY

Examination of basic moral and philosophical theories which function as guidelines in the development and evaluation of public policies. Special attention is given to formulating policies in the areas of welfare, family planning, health distribution and national defense. Prerequisite: One course in philosophy and one course in public administration or political science or permission of instructor. Prerequisite: Junior standing or permission of instructor. D'Souza
