HIST 4317 COLONIAL AMERICA

Prerequisites: 6 Hours in History or Permission of Instructor Type of Course: Elective Catalog Description: Introduce students to the literature of Colonial America from the pre-Columbian period through the Seven Years' War. It will examine several of the major themes in colonial history, including the nature of the colonists, the development of slavery and the creation of a dinstinct American society.
