ENV 4600 PLANT-ANIMAL INTERACTIONS

An examination of how plant and animals interact through evolutionary time and thereby shape communities and ecosystems. Topics include coevolutionary theory, herbivory, plant defense strategies, sequestration of plant compounds, animal agriculture, pollination ecology and seed dispersal. This course is a major elective for Biology Majors (B.S.) in the School of Environmental and Sustainability Sciences who are on the Environmental Biology track (3hr. lecture).
