- Identify, install, and configure laptop and related hardware
- Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Configure and manage PC networking devices
- Develop an understanding of mobile devices
- Implement disaster prevention and recovery methods
- Implement tools to detect, remove, and prevent malware
- Demonstrate proper OS and workstation troubleshooting techniques
- Research and recommend a computer build for a customer and compose a professional proposal
