ASTP 218 Engine Repair and Performance
This course will provide instruction on engine mechanical repair as well as engine performance concepts and systems. Engines will be used to practice proper engine component measurement and repair. Most of this course time will be spent on engine performance and emission control systems on both gasoline and diesel engines. Students will have the opportunity to practice diagnosing concerns on vehicles related to engine performance.
