- Demonstrate the application of critical concepts in operations management through the planning, implementation, and successful completion of a project approved by and coordinated with support from the class instructor and/or current employer.
- Communicate the purpose and outcome of the project by successfully completing a presentation to the course instructor, and/or classmates, and employers.
- Reflect upon the process, skills learned, mistakes made, etc. through the completion of a reflection paper.
