Additional Information

As a student at the College of Southern Idaho, it is your responsibility to accurately self-report all information on the admissions application. Failure to disclose and submit accurate information could result in disciplinary action including but not limited to denial of admission and or dismissal from the institution. In addition, certifying false or misleading information could result in fines of $20,000, being sent to prison, or both.  

The following procedures are used by the institution to verify the accuracy of self-reported information provided by the student. 

High School transcripts that are submitted: 
CSI may check with the high school to confirm the validity of the student’s diploma: and 
Confirm with the relevant department or agency in the state in which the secondary school is located that the secondary school is recognized as a provider of secondary school education.  

Official transcripts must be directly sent from the educational institution to ensure their authenticity and validate the student’s high school/college completion.
