Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Set example of guidelines learned in CULA 150
- Set example by wearing a clean approved culinary uniform as well as adhere to personal cleanliness standards set in syllabus.
- Keep the kitchen lab clean and sanitary.
- Demonstrate understanding of the kitchen hierarchy and its value in an organization.
- Show a willingness to lead a group as well as follow.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and work habits that foster career goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to participate as a team member.
