Topics include pulmonology, cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, allergic reactions, gastroenterology, urology, toxicology, substance abuse, hematology, environmental emergencies, infectious diseases, psychiatric and behavioral emergencies, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, geriatrics, abuse and assault, patients with special challenges, acute interventions in chronic care patients, and assessment based management. Prerequisites: PARA 101, PARA 101L, PARA 101C. Corequisites: PARA 201L and PARA 201C.
