CULA 150 Food Sanitation

This course provides a clear understanding of daily procedures which help to ensure that food is handled safely, avoiding contaminants that cause serious food-borne illnesses. Students will successfully pass the ServSafe managers exam. A student may receive SercSafe certification if they achieve a minimum score of 75% on the ServSafe Examination.
