AGRI 261 Livestock Judging

This course is a comparative appraisal and selection of beef cattle, sheep, hogs, horses, and meat goats on a live and carcass basis. Students will continue to learn how to evaluate and make just economic decisions based on visual appraisal of livestock. Students will be chosen from the class to represent the College of Southern Idaho at regional and national judging contest. Repeatable for a total of 6 credits.
