SPA-422 Southern Cone Literature and Society

This course provides a comparative study of literary and cultural production of the Southern Cone. Topics vary; students analyze specific traditions, genres, or periods, while taking into account political, social and historical processes. The course may be repeated for credit with instructor permission. Prerequisites: two courses from SPA-305, SPA-306, SPA-307, SPA-308.
