CSC-480 Software Engineering and Senior Design
Students learn and apply sound principles and methods of software engineering. Topics may include models of software development, requirement solicitation and definition, system design and organization, documentation, verification, and validation. This course may supplement internship experience or provide stand alone software engineering experience. Computer Science majors are required to take a total of 3 credits from this course and internship (CSC-497).
Prerequisite
Senior standing required.
CSC-235 must be completed prior to taking CSC-480.
CSC-270 must be taken either prior to or concurrently with CSC-480. Both requisites must be completed with a grade of C or better.
