Peak Center

The PEAK Center provides academic and professional support to students through the collaborative efforts of on-campus student service programs, including the Academic Support Center, the First-Year Experience, Learning Support & Disability Services, and the Center for Experiential Learning. The Center staff help students learn to integrate skills and abilities into strategies essential for developing academic strengths and professional assets

Professional staff and PEAK Mentors are ready to help students with:

  • Structuring multi-year PEAK Maps.
  • Developing academic success skills through learning services, such as Study Skills Workshops and Tutoring.
  • Successfully navigating college transition through programming and First-Year Advising support.
  • Connecting with Learning Support & Disability Services when appropriate.
  • Enhancing organizational abilities.
  • Exploring potential career options, composing resume materials, and refining interview techniques.
  • Researching and securing internships and off-campus study opportunities.
