MUS-129 Wind Ensemble & Yote Band
In addition to a primary focus on concert music
for winds, this ensemble performs at football and
basketball games in support of the athletic
department. Rehearsals will focus on individual
preparation of assigned music, group cohesiveness
and interpretation. The weekly rehearsals will
culminate in performances at home football and
basketball games and music functions during the
semester. Performance dates will be set in
advance and should be noted by the student.
Students will be required to attend all home
football and basketball games and the required
rehearsals. A one week on-site marching band camp
will be held in August.
