Competitive Basic Law Enforcement Training Program

The College offers a Basic Law Enforcement Training program (BLET) designed to teach students essential skills required for entry-level employment as law enforcement officers with state, county, or municipal governments, or with a private enterprise. The BLET program has additional admissions requirements and evaluation criteria to determine acceptance. In addition, the BLET program has a limited period to apply and meet the established criteria. All applications for the BLET program must be updated each semester. The student is responsible for making sure requirements have been met and that all materials have been received by the BLET Coordinator before the program deadline.
