Geological Sciences
Department Overview
The Department Geological Sciences also includes Science Education. Geological Science faculty offer expertise in astronomy, geomorphology, hydrogeology, sedimentology, structural geology, and planetary science. We offer BS degrees in Earth Science (Earth Science and Geology specializations) that prepares students for jobs in industry and government, as well as for graduate school, and BSED programs in Earth Science that prepare students for high school teaching.
