The mission of Best Buddies is to establish a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs). Membership in “Best Buddies” is open to all Taft College students in good standing with Taft College (2.0 GPA or better) without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or politics.
