The Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies minor consists of five courses (20 credit hours) of coursework. Students in the minor are required to complete the program of study as described below.
Students complete a core of two courses (8 credit hours).
Students complete one Race, Ethnicity, and Global South Perspectives course (4 credit hours).
Students complete two electives (8 credit hours) from the list of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality courses (with a WGSS prefix) or chosen from the list of approved classes. At least one of the elective courses needs to be at the advanced 300-level.
