DABA 660 Organizational Behavior Management and Consultation
DABA 660 is a doctoral level course focused on issues related to the behavior analytic literature on organizational change. This course will examine behavioral systems analyses of complex human organizations, consultation to organizations, pinpointing individual behaviors that are critical to the organizations, measurement systems for tracking the behaviors that are pinpointed, functional analyses of these behaviors, and behavior analytic interventions to improve behavior. In preparation for class meetings, students will read and comment on the literature, and complete a sequence of assignments related to an organization that they select to design or improve. Class meetings will include a combination of group discussions, weekly quizzes, and student presentations. A cumulative final exam will be taken at the end of the semester.
