CLN109 ServSafe Managers
This course will prepare the student with the necessary knowledge to take the ServSafe Manager's Exam given by the Education Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. The Exam is a pass/ fail attempt. Should the student pass, the student would receive the Servsafe Manager's Certification. Material covered will help the student in solving individual problems concerning sanitation and public health.
