POL 276 Politics of Food

In this course we will explore the politics of food systems around the globe. The course will focus on approaches to food across cultures and the diverse institutions, customs, climate, and practices that frame decision-making around the world. Prerequisite: POL 102, POL 103, or POL 104. (3)
