MGS 4150 INTRO. TO SUPPLY CHAIN SOURCING AND PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
This course aims to develop and manage strategic sourcing relationships and promote an understanding of major strategies and techniques of purchasing and procurement management in supply chains. The course emphasizes strategy execution, assessing, establishing metrics/expectations, and negotiating, contracting, and managing external business relationships in sourcing, logistics and operations in the global environment.
